How paying works
You put credit on your account and a plan takes its price from that balance when it starts and again each time it renews. Credit is prepaid balance and nothing else — there is no meter running while you talk and no per-minute charge.
Running out does not lock you out. If a renewal cannot be paid, the account drops to Free and keeps its contacts, history and messages. You lose the parts you stopped paying for, not your account.
A call is never cut off for going over. Allowances are checked when a call starts and counted when it ends. Ending somebody's sentence to protect a quota is not something we are willing to do.
What Say Up calling is
Calls run between browsers over the internet. They reach people who are on Say Up, by Say ID or from your contacts.
They do not reach the telephone network. No regular numbers, and no emergency services. Keep a real phone for that, on any plan.
Customer service answers billing, plans and anything that is not working.
