Tangible Readings Network Partners LLC ("we", "the platform") operates a marketplace where independent readers offer readings to people who seek them. We provide the software, the payment rails, and the vetting. We do not perform readings and we are not a party to what is said in one.
Readings are for entertainment. They are one person's interpretation, offered for reflection and enjoyment. Nothing said in a reading is financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, psychological or psychiatric care, or a substitute for any of them. No outcome is guaranteed. If you are facing a decision about your health, your money, your legal situation, or your safety, please speak with a licensed professional.
You must be 18 or older to use this platform.
Readers set their own rates, choose their own hours, and use their own methods. They are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. Each reader speaks from their own perspective and is responsible for their own conduct, their own taxes, and their own compliance with the law where they are.
By reading on this platform, a reader agrees not to hold Tangible Readings Network Partners LLC liable for claims arising from their own activities, statements, or involvement.
Readers agree not to: diagnose or treat any condition; tell anyone to start, stop, or change medical treatment; give legal or financial direction; manufacture fear or urgency to extend a session; or solicit payment or contact outside this platform. Reports go to support@amackmobile.com and can result in suspension or removal.
You add credits through a link that takes you to our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store credit card information on this site. One credit equals one cent, and credits are spent by the minute while you are in a booth or held when you send a written question.
We will never ask you for money, funds, gift cards, or payment of any kind outside this platform — not by email, not by phone, not by text, not directly to a reader, for any reason. If someone claiming to represent us asks you to, it is not us. Report it.
Credits purchase entertainment services. They are not redeemable for cash and do not expire.
Live readings are billed per minute at the rate shown on the reader's card before you enter. Each whole minute is charged as it begins, using our server clock. A meter showing minutes billed and credits remaining is visible for the entire session. When your credits run out, the session ends — there is no balance to owe and no card on file to charge. If a connection drops, you are charged only for minutes that had already started.
Every session has an itemised receipt listing each minute charged and when.
If your first session with a reader you have not sat with before is not right, contact support within 7 days and we will add up to $10.00 in credits to your account. Available once every 30days. Subsequent sessions with the same reader are not eligible. Approved claims are deducted from that reader's earnings before payout.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangible Readings Network Partners LLC is not liable for loss, harm, misuse, mishandling, retaliation, wrongdoing, or any other claim arising from a reading, from a reader's conduct, or from your use of this platform. Readings are entertainment and you use them at your own discretion.
What you say in a reading stays between you and your reader. We store session metadata (times, minutes, amounts) because we are required to for billing and disputes. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy.
We record which version of these terms you accepted and when. If they change materially, we will ask you to accept the new version.
