We keep what we need to run readings and settle money, we don't sell any of it, and what you say in a reading stays between you and your reader.
Your account. Email, display name, a hashed password, and a mobile number if you give us one. We store a confirmation that you said you were 18 or older, and which version of the terms you accepted, with a timestamp.
Session records. When a reading happened, how long it ran, what it cost, and which minutes were charged. We keep this because billing disputes and card chargebacks are decided on it.
Messages. Text sent inside a booth, and written readings, are stored so both people can go back to them.
Technical. IP address and browser string on sign-in and on legal acceptances, for security and fraud. Ordinary server logs.
Card details. Payment happens on our processor's own page. No card number, expiry, or security code is entered on, passed through, or stored by this site — we receive only a confirmation that a payment cleared and an amount.
Recordings. Live video and audio are sent directly between you and your reader. We do not record, store, or listen to them.
Your reader sees your display name, your question, and whatever you tell them. They do not see your email, your phone number, or your payment history.
Our support team can see account and billing records when handling a dispute or a guarantee claim. Every admin action is written to an audit log.
Reviews you mark public show your display name. Reviews you mark private go only to us and the reader.
If you opt in, we text you about your own activity — a reader opening up, a reading delivered, credits added. Never marketing you didn't ask for. Reply STOP to any of them and it stops. Message and data rates apply.
Billing and session records are kept for seven years, which is what tax and chargeback windows require. Signaling data used to connect a call is deleted within the hour. You can ask us to close your account and delete your profile; we will, minus the financial records we are required to retain.
Email support@amackmobile.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, close your account, or ask a question about any of this. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — tell us what you want and we'll do it regardless of whether a law requires us to.
Passwords are hashed, never stored readably. Reset links are stored hashed too, expire in an hour, and work once. Sign-in attempts are rate limited. We do not confirm whether a given email has an account here.
