1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SiskoAI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use SiskoAI.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Computer World Modern Inc., the owner and operator of SiskoAI.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Restrictions on Use

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying any part of the SiskoAI software or platform
• Modifying or creating derivative works from SiskoAI
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
• Sharing, distributing, or sublicensing SiskoAI to third parties
• Selling or reselling access to SiskoAI services
• Misusing or abusing the platform in any manner
• Altering, removing, or obscuring any proprietary notices or labels
• Creating competing products based on SiskoAI's features or designs
• Using SiskoAI branding without explicit written permission
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Computer World Modern Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use SiskoAI for your personal or business content creation needs
• Generate content using the AI tools provided
• Download and use content you create through the platform

This license does NOT grant you:

• Any rights to the SiskoAI software, code, or technology
• Permission to redistribute or resell SiskoAI services
• Ownership of any SiskoAI intellectual property

4. Prohibited Uses

Additional Prohibited Activities

You also agree NOT to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Violate the privacy or rights of others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with platform security or operations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Account Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to SiskoAI will be immediately revoked
• Your account data may be deleted
• No refunds will be provided for paid services (except as required by law)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges

6. Right to Refuse Service

Computer World Modern Inc. reserves the absolute right to:

• Refuse service to any individual or entity
• Deny registration of new accounts
• Reject content generation requests that violate our policies
• Limit access to certain features or tools
• Modify or discontinue services at any time

We are not obligated to provide reasons for refusing service, though we typically do so when appropriate.

Respect Other Users

You agree to:

• Respect the privacy and rights of other SiskoAI users
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not share or distribute other users' content without permission
• Report any abusive behavior or Terms violations you witness

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you input into SiskoAI
• All content generated through your account
• How you use or distribute generated content
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Obtaining necessary permissions for content you create

Security Obligations

You must:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Log out from shared or public devices

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of SiskoAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SiskoAI utilizes third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and payment processors (Square):

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to their services
• We make no guarantees about third-party availability
• Service quality may be affected by third-party limitations

You acknowledge that your use of SiskoAI depends on these third-party services.

11. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid SiskoAI services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed securely through Square
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Disputed charges or chargebacks may result in account termination

12. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using SiskoAI, subject to our license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our License to Your Content

By using SiskoAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your inputs to provide services
• Use anonymized data for research and improvement
• Display examples in marketing materials (anonymized)
• Analyze usage patterns for platform optimization

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Computer World Modern Inc., SiskoAI, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of SiskoAI
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Content you generate or distribute
• Your interactions with other users

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of SiskoAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use of the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Computer World Modern Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SiskoAI shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Computer World Modern Inc. regarding SiskoAI and supersede all prior agreements.
