The Blueprint: how you go from new → certified → trusted

This is not “watch one video and figure it out.” We use a structured certification portal designed to build real competence.

1) Register (5 minutes)

Submit your name, contact info, city/state, experience level, and availability.

2) Train with standards (10 core modules)

You’ll study the operational workflow, service packages, job assignments, time tracking, and quality checklists—so you’re not guessing in the field.

3) Prove mastery (100% required)

Exams are designed for real understanding—not memorization. Retake as needed until you reach mastery.

4) Get placed into real work (as your level earns it)

As you demonstrate quality and reliability, you’ll be assigned more responsibility—bigger jobs, higher expectations, better opportunities.

Apprentice → Journeyman growth path

You can start untrained and build upward. The path is earned through quality + consistency.

  • Apprentice — learns tools, workflow stages, safety, and basic execution
  • Certified Detailer — completes jobs independently to standard
  • Lead Tech — mentors, checks quality, manages pace on multi-person jobs
  • Manager — coordinates people, jobs, customer communication, and outcomes

All hours weekly — how scheduling works

We service customers across Northeast Ohio and need coverage across time windows. You select your available days during registration, and work opportunities align with demand and your role.

  • Choose days you can work (Mon–Sun in onboarding)
  • Job assignments vary by volume, season, and location
  • As you level up, you can qualify for more complex and higher-value work
